Østfold University College has a number of exchange agreements with institutions abroad. Students from these institutions are welcome to apply for the following programmes/courses taught in English:

- International Business
Programme - Business and Communication
- Political Science/Cultural Studies
- One-year programme in English
- English extension courses
The Faculty of Health and Social Studies
The Faculty of Computer Sciences
The Faculty of Engineering
Exchange students may also choose courses taught in German or French or a combination of these, provided they meet the prerequisites.
